Smashed Avocado and Feta Bagels

Method

 

1. In a bowl add the avocados, olive oil and diced red chilli. Mash until you reach your desired consistency.
2. Smother onto the bagels and top with crumbled feta and a pinch of chilli flakes. Enjoy!
