Smashed Avocado & Feta Bagels

Method

 

  1. Toast your bagels.
  2. In a bowl add the avocados, olive oil and diced red chilli. Mash until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Smother onto the bagels and top with crumbled feta and a pinch of chilli flakes. Enjoy!
